RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
If within 14 days of receiving your order you decide it is no longer required, email to obtain a returns reference and return instructions (Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000). Items must be returned unused in their original undamaged packaging for a refund. including any accessories, brochures, manuals, guarantees or warranties that came with the product. Unfortunately we will be unable to issue a refund where the product is in an incomplete state. Returns within 14 days of purchase require a return authorization (order) number. Any returns without an order number will not be accepted. If you are returning your product because it is defective, please state the defect or defects. If we find the products are returned with wear and tear or any signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and you will have to pay an additional shipping charge to receive the goods back (Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000). You are responsible for paying any postage or shipping costs incurred when returning the product. We recommend that all returns be sent by registered post, so that a record of the return is available for you. We will not issue refunds for any items lost or stolen in transit to us. Where a return is lost or stolen in transit to us, you should claim compensation from the company that shipped the return. If you fail to return a product to us, we may make arrangements to have the product collected from you. The cost of this collection will be passed on to you. All returned items are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. No returns can be processed after 14 days of purchase.
PRO-FIBER RACING SOLUTION will not offer a refund or accept returns in the following situations:
– Items that have been damaged due to incorrect installation.
– Installation problems where fairings or part installations have not been carried out by a licensed motorcycle repair service.
– Poor maintenance, abuse or neglect, using the product for something other than its intended purpose.
– No returns on special order items.
What are special order items? Special order items are bespoke items which are not in our regular stock in our online shop.
DAMAGES DURRING TRANSPORT
Inspect all parts carefully upon receiving parcel. PRO-FIBER RACING SOLUTION inspects all parts before they leave the warehouse to ensure that only quality parts are sent out. PRO-FIBER RACING SOLUTION is not responsible for damages incurred through shipping. However, if your goods have been damaged in transit, you should retain the packaging and inform us within 48 hours of receiving the item, giving as much information as possible. All postal services provide insurance. Please report any damaged parts immediately to your shipping currier and contact us by email. We will help you to resolve problem and arrange for replacement or a refund.
PRO-FIBER RACING SOLUTION stores customers’ names and addresses in our secure database for the purpose of delivery and placement of orders. Your personal data will never be used for any other purpose without your written consent. We take your privacy very seriously and will never sell or trade your personal information to any third party organizations.
PRO-FIBER RACING SOLUTION recommends that parts are installed by trained mechanic or bodywork specialist. Trust us, it’s worth it. Proper installation of parts is the responsibility of the customer, not PRO-FIBER RACING SOLUTION. PRO-FIBER RACING SOLUTION does not recommend that customers install parts if they have no training or experience. If you require assistance with installing your parts, contact us and we will help you as best as we can.
